Ideal for anti roosting and cattle training
The Shock Reducer (model 2315) reduces the output from an electric fence controller so that you can use the fencer with accessories such as cattle trainers and poultry feeders (anti roosting). The Shock Reducer connects between the fencer and the device being "charged" by the fencer.

Considered a frill when high-impedance fencers were the only types sold, shock reducers now are a necessity due to the much higher shock in today's fencers. Veterinarians are now very aware of the beneficial and humane results of using a shock reducer.
The Shock Reducer has three settings: low, medium, and high.
- Low reduces the output to approximately 17%
- Medium reduces the output to approximately 35%
- High reduces the output to approximately 50%
