Fence chargers, fence controllers, fence chargers, and fence energizers
At Hallman, we refer to our products as 'fence chargers'. An electric fence charger is also known as an electric fence controller, fence energizer, or fencer. Whatever you call it, a fence charger is the device that puts the 'shock' into the electric fence wires.
