Your satisfaction with Hallman products and services is our first goal. Hallman offers the following terms and conditions in plain English, using as little legal jargon as possible.
Ordering options
Hallman accepts orders from and ships to addresses in Canada and the United States only.
Order by phone
- Browse the website and decide which products you want to order.
- Call Hallman at 204-233-7777, Monday to Friday (except holidays), 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Central Time).
Our sales team will take your order, provide you with accurate shipping information, and instantly process your payment using Visa or MasterCard. If you prefer to pay using PayPal, we can e-mail you a PayPal invoice. Once we receive your payment, we will ship your order.

Payment options
- We can process VISA® or MasterCard® instantly over the phone.
- We can e-mail you a PayPal invoice, which you can pay using your bank account or credit card of your choice. PayPal is the leading on-line payment service provider.
Pricing information
Hallman products are priced in Canadian dollars. US customers note that the currency exchange rates fluctuate, with the US dollar historically being worth more than the Canadian dollar. To check the current exchange rates, contact your bank or credit card company. Canadian dollars will be converted into US dollar values for US customer invoicing by PayPal, VISA, or MasterCard.
Shipping options
Hallman offers standard shipping through UPS and Canada Post. If you prefer to use a different carrier, let us know when you place your order.
Because Hallman products are manufactured in Canada, there are no import duties when importing them into the United States.
Product usage and returns
Product usage
Hallman offers extensive information about product selection and use in the Electric Fence School of the web site, and through customer support services. When you purchase Hallman products you agree to follow all instructions provided and accept full responsibility for their safe and effective installation and use.
Product returns
Hallman tests every product before it leaves the factory to make sure it works as intended. Should your product arrive damaged, or if you have a warranty claim under the terms noted in Hallman's warranty statement, contact us by phone or e-mail to arrange return or delivery to a repair location.
